7. Children

Arrow Chaos is intended for players aged 13 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has used the game's online features, contact us and we will delete the related data.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, including under Kenya's Data Protection Act, 2019 and the EU/UK GDPR, you may have the right to access, correct or delete information linked to you, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to complain to a data protection authority (in Kenya, the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner). To make a request, email us with the nickname shown in the game's Settings so we can find your anonymous records.

9. Security and transfers

Data sent between the game and our servers is encrypted in transit. Our backend is hosted in the European Union, and our advertising partner may process data in other countries under its own safeguards.
